The platform also includes real-time analysis, automated alerts and tags, conversational feedback, and unlimited surveys, feedback, and users. Integrations include Google Analytics, Slack, Jira, Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom, and Microsoft Teams. Webhooks can post feedback data in JSON to a chosen endpoint, while the API supports custom imports and app connections.
