Cledara gives Finance teams a platform to discover, buy, manage, and cancel software subscriptions. Its Basic plan includes spend visibility, renewal alerts, budgets, spend limits, and payment and cancellation management for up to 20 software applications. Premium supports up to 75 applications and adds automatic invoice capture and reconciliation. Pro is a tailored package that includes Okta SSO, bank-transfer expense payments, and a dedicated implementation and success manager. Cledara’s API provides programmatic access to subscription data on every plan at no extra cost. Listed accounting integrations include Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Tripletex; HR integrations include BambooHR, HiBob, Personio, and CharlieHR for software access workflows. Separate monthly plans for Spend Optimization, IT Management, and Software Compliance each cost £150 a month and cover usage and seat insights, access workflows, or vendor compliance features respectively. Cledara has web, mobile, API, and extension platforms. The mobile app supports card details and PINs, receipt uploads, and reimbursement claims. Cledara says it is SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant. Pricing for Basic, Premium, and Pro is on request; there is no free plan.

Lansweeper is Cyber Asset Intelligence software for organizations seeking visibility into their technology environments. It discovers IT, operational technology, cloud, and virtual assets, including unmanaged and rogue assets. Discovery can be agentless, with an IT Agent available for situations such as work-from-home environments. Inventory tools include data federation, normalization, classification, cleanup rules, dashboards, and generated diagrams. Lansweeper also provides vulnerability insights and flags software or assets that are at or approaching end of life. The platform offers a GraphQL API, webhooks, marketplace integrations, and a Flow Builder for custom workflows. Starter limits integrations to Service Desk ticket enrichment and has limited API features; Pro and Enterprise include marketplace apps, while full API access is in Enterprise. Lansweeper offers cloud-first Lansweeper Sites and on-premise Lansweeper Classic. Its cloud service uses TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest, encrypted credential storage, and logical customer-data separation. The free plan covers up to 100 assets.
