| Company | The privacy policy identifies the maker as Scoot, Inc. and gives its mailing address as Dallas, Texas. | Radioso is identified in its privacy policy as Ljuv OÜ, an Estonian private limited company registered in Tallinn. |
| Data training policy | Scoot says customer data is never used to train AI models and third-party AI providers are prohibited from general-purpose model training on that data. | Radioso says it does not use ingested content, conversations or prompts to train its own general-purpose models. |
| Documentation | The public help-center URL referenced by Scoot's quick-start guide returned a 404 when checked, so publicly accessible documentation appears limited. | The site links to a separate documentation portal, setup guide and API reference, although the docs portal was not fetchable in this research session. |
| Headquarters | Dallas, Texas, United States | Tallinn, Estonia |
| Integrations | Scoot Engage lists Google and Outlook calendar integrations, and the pricing page says The Brain can sync with a customer’s CRM. | The maker's pages describe Slack, an embedded website widget, public chat, REST API, SDK, and MCP server as ways to interact with assistants. |
| Limit: pricing transparency | Capterra lists Scoot pricing as contact-vendor and says no free trial or free version is included in its directory profile. | Radioso Cloud has no public pricing page; fees, billing and refunds are negotiated individually. |
| Product | Scoot describes itself as an AI sales platform combining meetings, AI agents, and a proprietary intelligence engine. | Radioso provides open-source AI agents for resolving support tickets, answering from help centers, and qualifying leads. |
| Security | Scoot says it is SOC 2 Type II compliant, with the report available under NDA. | The company describes encryption in transit, access controls, audit logging, and least-privilege operational practices as security measures. |
| What it does | Cleo is Scoot's branded website sales agent that qualifies visitors, answers product questions, presents visuals, books meetings and briefs the assigned representative. | Radioso is an open-source platform for customer-facing AI agents that answer from organizational knowledge, take actions and qualify leads. |

In their own words
Cleo AI Sales Agent
Cleo AI Sales Agent qualifies website prospects, presents visuals during conversations, books meetings on the appropriate representative’s calendar, and briefs that representative before joining. Visitors can use text, voice, or video in a browser at scoot.app, which also serves as a demo. Cleo is part of Scoot’s AI sales platform, which combines meetings, AI agents, and an intelligence engine. Scoot Engage has Mingle, Presentation, and Meeting modes for events, broadcasts, and sales meetings. Live Advisor provides real-time coaching on Scoot and on Zoom and Teams calls; that coaching is visible only to the seller’s team. The Brain can sync with a customer’s CRM, while Scoot Engage lists Google and Outlook calendar integrations. Agents connect to The Brain through API and MCP, with CLI also listed. Guests can join meetings free in a browser from a link without installing software or creating an account. Radioso
Radioso provides open-source AI agents for support tickets, help-center answers and lead qualification. Agents can use policies and help-center content for routine work such as returns and escalations, call tools, trigger webhooks, run multi-step routines and hand difficult conversations to people with context. Answers can cite uploaded documents and knowledge shared across channels. Assistants are reachable through Slack, an embedded website widget, public chat, REST API, SDK and MCP server; in Slack, users can mention @Radioso or send a direct message. Radioso runs in its cloud or on customer-operated infrastructure using the customer’s model keys. The Open source plan costs nothing, includes all product features and supports self-hosting. Radioso says ingested content, conversations and prompts are not used to train its own models. Radioso Cloud uses Google Cloud Platform in an EU region and PostHog EU Cloud for analytics, while configured AI providers may process prompts and retrieved context primarily in the United States. Security measures listed include encryption in transit, access controls, audit logging and least-privilege practices.
