Sertifi API

Sertifi API provides REST, SOAP, and Travel Company Authorizations paths for integrating Sertifi signing and payment workflows. REST documentation covers creating folders and documents, inviting signers, and adding payment requests; a REST key is obtained through a Customer Success Manager or support ticket. Sertifi’s e-signature service targets hospitality businesses and supports contracts, BEOs, HR paperwork, and other documents. Signers can work from any device and location, while templates, reminders, and payment requests support the workflow. Named integrations include Amadeus Delphi.fdc, Infor HMS and Sales & Catering, Oracle OPERA Cloud Service, Salesforce, and payment processors. The offering lists seven SDK languages, embedded signing, a workflow status API, 17 webhook event types, signed-file retrieval, and a sandbox. Sertifi states that connections use TLS 1.2, with SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 compliant facilities, PCI Level 1 validation, HIPAA compliance, and annual audits. Signed documents remain in its portal for one year; emailed PDFs remain available indefinitely.
