Clinicminds
Clinicminds is a cloud-based patient management and EMR/EHR application for medical spas and cosmetic clinics. It combines online scheduling, patient treatment records, payments, and support for multiple locations. The scheduler can send email and SMS confirmations and reminders. Records can hold consultation notes, medical histories, consent forms, drawings, photos, and invoices. Quinn AI transcribes and structures consultation details, including from consultations in multiple languages. Clinics can take online payments and deposits through Stripe, including no-show fees. Clinicminds lists integrations such as Mailchimp, Zapier, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta/Facebook tracking, Sylton, and Labplusarts. It says it complies with HIPAA, GDPR, and PIPEDA, uses 2048-bit SSL connections for data in transit, and stores data on AWS. Infrastructure components are mirrored at two locations, and its servers are ISO27001 certified. The service runs on iOS, macOS, web, and Windows. The subscription starts at €160 a month, with price depending on clinic locations and practitioners.
MERIDIQ
MERIDIQ combines patient records, treatment notes, appointments and payments for chiropractic and osteopathy clinics. Records support assessments, SOAP notes, treatment records, templates and patient history. Patients can book online into a clinic calendar, with appointments linked to records and automated SMS reminders. The platform links payments to patients and treatments and also offers invoicing. It runs in a browser on computers, tablets and phones without installation, with Apple and Android apps also available.
