Through the patient portal, patients can register online, schedule appointments, complete intake forms and check in at a kiosk. Marketing and reputation tools use patient engagement and review requests to support retention and referrals. AI Premium Plus adds unlimited AI documentation scribe and guidance, including note writing and real-time compliance guidance. Empower EMR runs in a web browser and is listed for Android, iOS, macOS and Windows. The company describes it as modular for practices of any size, while identifying outpatient private practices as its focus rather than inpatient or hospital practice.
