ClockIt

ClockIt is a time clock and productivity tool for business time tracking, scheduling, task management, payroll reporting, and attendance. Employees can clock in and out through mobile, web, kiosk, desktop, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, or biometric devices, with attendance data synced in real time. Managers can configure job-site geofences and location capture to control where clock-ins and clock-outs are accepted. Scheduling includes custom shifts, notifications, and work and break durations. PTO features cover accruals, holidays, leave requests, and approval flows. Project and task tracking records billable hours, projects, and job codes for reporting and client billing. Reports include work duration, overtime, and PTO, with CSV and Excel export. ClockIt runs on Android, iOS, Linux, macOS, Windows, and the web, and offers API access. Its desktop app can track task and project hours and capture periodic screenshots. The free plan supports unlimited users with basic time tracking; paid plans start at $2.99/user/mo. Timeero

Timeero is a workforce time and activity platform for mobile teams. It records employee hours, breaks, overtime, GPS locations, mileage, schedules, and job activity, then organizes time into payroll-ready timesheets. Mobile apps for Android and iOS work offline, while clock-ins can also use a web portal, iPad kiosk, or geofence. Integrations include QuickBooks, Gusto, ADP, Paycor, Paychex, Paylocity, BambooHR, Rippling, Viventium, Xero, Sage Intacct, PIMSY, and Zapier. Timeero states SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA compliance. Basic is $5 a month when billed annually, with a 14-day trial.
