In their own words

ClockOn

ClockOn combines rostering, attendance, payroll and HR for Australian employers. Payroll tools cover scheduled pay runs, tax and super calculations, allowances, payslips and Single Touch Payroll reporting to the ATO. Configurable rules apply award conditions, penalties, overtime and allowances. Managers can build rosters with drag-and-drop scheduling and templates, calculate labour costs, and work across multiple locations. Employees can clock in from a mobile device, tablet kiosk or offline workflow, with GPS and geofencing options. HR functions include employee records, document storage, onboarding, leave management, incident records and work-rights documentation. The service integrates with Xero, MYOB, Flare, Beam, SAFF-compatible superfund exports, Sage MicrOpay and Pronto; some integrations depend on using ClockOn Web or Desktop/Windows software. Access is available on Android, iOS, web and Windows. A free Starter Package offers basic payroll and STP to eligible new businesses for up to 12 months or 27 submissions. ClockOn Pro is $8.80 a month per active employee. Standard requires a five-employee minimum; pricing is based on active employee licences.
