In their own words
Cloud Outliner
Cloud Outliner is an outlining app for organizing plans, projects, and ideas as interactive notes. Its editor supports drag-and-drop reordering, multi-selection, checkboxes, automatic numbering, item notes, rich-text formatting, and highlighting. A multi-tier document manager adds color stickers, password protection, customizable templates, and document duplication. Search covers outline names and text; entries can be collapsed or expanded, filtered by checked status, and viewed in light or dark themes. The maker says outlines sync through iCloud and Evernote. Export options include PDF, OPML, HTML on macOS, and plain text, with sharing through email, instant messaging, and listed social or Apple services. It runs on iOS and macOS, with iOS read-only mode, indentation gestures, orientation support, and wireless keyboard shortcuts. Downloads are free with in-app purchases; Pro plans add cross-device sync and remove banners or ads.
Pomodorome
Pomodorome is a focus timer for Mac and iOS that runs configurable work sessions and breaks. On Mac, it stays in the menubar and opens as a popover without taking a Dock slot. Session and break lengths can be set to the second, and users can name their work for a daily log. Statistics include heatmaps, weekly bars, top tasks, and day, week, or month views. History is grouped by day and can be exported to CSV. The Free plan costs nothing and includes custom session lengths, daily statistics, sounds, and notifications. Pro costs $5, paid once, is a one-time payment with no subscription, and has a price that varies by region. Pro adds iCloud sync, advanced statistics and export, per-task projects, and priority support. The site says sessions remain on users’ devices, with no accounts, analytics, or servers. Pro sync is described as end-to-end encrypted through iCloud. Requirements are macOS 14.6+ and iOS 17.6+.
