For multiple properties, the system consolidates financial reporting and performs currency conversion. Controls support cash and accrual accounting, USALI and custom codes, role-based access, activity logs, and a full audit trail. Listed connections include QuickBooks Online and transfers to Sage; exports, open APIs, and ERP integrations are also available. Cloudbeds says it runs on AWS, uses TLS/SSL in transit and AES-256 at rest, and is PCI DSS level 1 and 2 certified.
