Sightline by Consilio

Sightline by Consilio is a web-based enterprise eDiscovery and legal hold platform for law firms, corporations, and government organizations. It supports litigation and eDiscovery, smaller matters, investigations, and legal holds, with analytics and AI available across the matter lifecycle. Consilio lists uses including regulatory response, cyber incident response, data subject access requests, early case assessment, PII/PHI detection and review, and multimedia review. Sightline Legal Hold can sync employee data from popular HRIS systems and integrate with Microsoft Purview for preservation-in-place. Its tools include templates and automation for cases, notifications, surveys, and workflows, plus dashboards, automatic communications, and detailed reporting. Matter data can be brought in through direct connectors or drag-and-drop upload and processing. Consilio says the platform is hosted on its secured private infrastructure rather than the public cloud. Support includes dedicated Client Success Managers, certified Project Managers, onboarding and training, and self-service or full-service options.
