Clubworx
Clubworx brings bookings, memberships, payments, apps, and reporting into one system for fitness businesses. It is presented for martial arts, combat sports, gyms, personal training, yoga, Pilates, dance, and pole and aerial studios. Its scheduling covers classes, appointments, and personal training, with timetables and capacity controls. The platform can send email, SMS, and notifications, and automate reminders, campaigns, and updates. Clubworx connects to payment providers rather than processing payments itself; in Australia and New Zealand, it uses Ezidebit for direct debit and card payments. Optional iOS and Android member app add-ons include bookings, payments, waitlists, family accounts, workout tracking, and proximity check-in. The free plan is free forever for up to 20 active members. The 15-day premium trial requires no credit card; afterward, customers can choose a paid plan or continue free.
