CoachAccountable
CoachAccountable is a coaching platform for structuring client work and supporting accountability. Coaches can create action plans, track metrics, keep notes, share worksheets and files, support journaling, and run group coaching. Courses can be self-paced, calendar-based, or group-based, with automated content delivery. Appointment scheduling, calendar sync, invoicing, recurring billing, and online payments through Stripe, Square, or PayPal are included. Listed connections include Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Apple iCal, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zapier, Integrately, and a native API. Team Edition adds coach oversight, shared resources, client-coach pairing, and customizable permissions. Monthly pricing depends on active client count, and all plans include the complete feature set; Starter costs $20 a month for two clients. A 30-day trial has no feature caps and does not require a credit card. The platform runs on web, Android, and iOS. CoachAccountable says it is GDPR compliant but not HIPAA compliant, and does not use AI or machine learning on coaching relationship content.
Delivvo
Delivvo is a web-based client portal for independent freelancers and small studios to deliver work, collect approvals, sign contracts, invoice clients and receive payments through their own gateway. A branded portal brings deliverables, contracts, invoices and messages together. Clients can comment on images, mark video timestamps and leave notes on PDFs. Payments go through the freelancer’s connected gateway, and Delivvo says it charges 0% platform fees. Named payment gateways include Stripe, PayPal, Tap, Telr, PayTabs, Checkout.com, MyFatoorah, Moyasar and N-Genius; IBAN, Wise and Payoneer can be displayed. Portal access can require a one-time email code. The Free plan costs nothing, with up to 3 clients, 5 GB storage and 3 active projects. Starter costs $15 a month, while Pro costs $35 a month and Agency costs $80 a month. Delivvo says gateway credentials are encrypted with AES-256 before storage and client data is separated per account and client at database level. It describes itself as an early-stage product and does not claim certifications it has not earned.
