It brings session management together with coachee dashboards, documents, assessments, goals, notes and a library of coaching questions. Coaches can schedule appointments and use Zoom or Microsoft Teams for sessions. Listed integrations include Zapier, PayPal, HubSpot, Mailchimp and Leadfeeder, along with calendar connections and an Open API. Google Calendar is available at every membership level; Outlook, iCalendar and Office 365 are not available on Basic. Native apps are available for iOS and Android, alongside web and API access. The Basic plan is $1 a month billed annually and includes two clients or coachees and 50 MB of storage. Core is $25 a month, Premium is $55 a month and Master is $95 a month. It combines client and session management with business tools: users can plan goals and development, create action plans, share resources, review reports, and manage invoicing, contracts, packages and coaching journeys. Scheduling connects with Google, Microsoft Calendar and Apple iCal, and multiple calendars can be connected at once. Video integrations include Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Cisco Webex; Zapier connects Simply.Coach to other apps. The service runs on web, Android and iOS and is available in English, Spanish and French across its apps and email notifications. The 14-day trial includes every feature and does not require a credit card. There is no free plan. Annual-billing plans start at US$9 per month for three individuals, one contract, one program and 1 GB of storage. Higher listed plans raise capacity, while separate business offerings address multi-coach businesses. Simply.Coach says it is audited and certified compliant with SOC 2, HIPAA and GDPR standards, and that network traffic and stored data are encrypted.
