CodeGreen ITM

CodeGreen ITM helps fire protection and life safety contractors schedule inspections, capture field results, follow up on deficiencies and prepare reports. Its 15 inspection programs span fire and life safety work as well as water-based systems. Teams can combine multiple services completed during one visit into a single customer report. Dispatchers get day, week and month views, time-off scheduling and technician filters by service qualification. Visual inspections can have separate frequencies, due dates, overdue tracking and billable visits. An optional AI-assisted tool reads panel point reports and proposes devices for review before saving. It runs on web, iOS and Android. There is no free plan; the listed starting price is $125/mo, with a 60-day trial. The Small shop plan includes the first technician, while Crew is priced for companies starting with seven or more technicians. The company is based in Madison, Connecticut.
