Collabware CLM

Collabware CLM manages the lifecycle of electronic, email, and physical records within SharePoint. It combines case management, search, workflow, and records management for organisations handling content through retention and disposition. Administrators can configure rules to classify electronic content and cases, set retention, and manage disposition across SharePoint. The product also tracks physical-record inventory and storage, with circulation handled through open or request-based processes. Advanced metadata queries help users locate records, and legal holds protect held content from modification. Users can build lifecycle workflows and generate dynamic audit reports in Excel format. CLM runs within existing SharePoint infrastructure and supports multiple farms through the Service Application model. It integrates natively with SharePoint 2013, 2016, and 2019, and includes documented in-process and web service APIs. The vendor identifies CLM as DoD 5015.2 certified and says it adds a security layer over SharePoint safeguards. Pricing is $192 a year, billed annually, with a minimum purchase of 100 users; volume discounts are available. Unlimited support is included, with tickets submitted by email or through the account-required Help Center.
