Debt Manager

It covers work from pre-collection through charge-off and recovery, including account routing, customer outreach, payment processing, compliance controls, and third-party placement and reporting. Payment functions include allocation across accounts and financial buckets by configured sequences or percentages, as well as settlement offers, schedules, and account adjustments. Business users can change workflows, queues, rules, and user experiences through the interface without custom code. FitLogic supports portfolio segmentation, rule-based workflows, scorecards, testing, and simulation. Integration options include more than 1,000 published REST APIs, real-time callout services, and XML batch imports and exports. Debt Manager can be deployed on-premises or as SaaS through C&R Cloud in partnership with AWS.
