Comaly
Comaly is a web service for restaurants that combines guest data with automated marketing. It brings orders, reservations, and reviews into one guest list, then helps create personalized, on-brand email and text messages. Before sending, users can preview the message and review its audience and timing. Approved campaigns run automatically. Examples include birthday outreach, messages to lapsed guests, and invitations intended to fill slow nights. Comaly monitors Google, Yelp, Resy, and OpenTable reviews and can alert a manager when a regular leaves a low rating. Campaign reporting connects reservations and orders back to campaigns, and Comaly says those results tune future campaigns.
