Comarch Accounts Payable Automation
Comarch Accounts Payable Automation digitizes accounts payable by capturing, converting, and validating received invoices. Its self-learning OCR can register invoices from email or scanned mail, index them, and import their data. The Document Capture mobile app photographs paper invoices and extracts information into structured files. Technical checks and company-specific rules validate invoices, with explanations when a document is stopped. Suppliers can onboard themselves, create invoices through forms or PO-flip, track progress, receive KPI alerts, and use dynamic discounting in the e-Invoicing Portal. Documents can be exchanged through EDI, a portal, email, or mail scanning, including through Comarch’s certified PEPPOL Access Point. The platform says it works with any ERP, including SAP, NetSuite, Sage, Infor, QuickBooks, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics, and Oracle Fusion. Comarch says it supports compliance in more than 60 countries and connections to government platforms including Poland’s KSeF, Italy’s SdI, and France’s Chorus Pro.
