Its onboarding workflow creates a provider and responsible contacts, checks required documents for completeness and expiry, and attaches the provider to relevant work and contracts. The vendor portal limits each provider’s access to assigned work. Servenzo is aimed at service businesses, including cleaning, maintenance, security, and facilities operations with multiple workers or sites. The Android Labour App lets workers view assignments, clock in and out, update job status, and submit before-and-after photos. WhatsApp integration is included in both paid plans, while Business adds API access for custom integrations. Pricing starts at $34/mo, and there is no free plan. A 50-day free trial is available without a credit card; the company says subscriptions can be refunded in full within the first 14 days after subscribing. The service does not perform legal verification, sanctions screening, credit checks, or automated external risk assessment.
