Invofox

Invofox extracts structured information from PDFs, images, and scanned files, returning JSON through an API. Its pipeline handles OCR, document splitting and classification, field extraction, schema mapping, validation, and webhook delivery. Custom schemas let teams map extracted fields to their own data models. Invofox reports 99.2% document extraction accuracy and says reported mistakes are automatically credited back. Zapier can route extracted data to more than 9,000 apps, including Google Drive and Google Sheets. Invofox states that it complies with SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR, and HIPAA, and encrypts data in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256. Cloud is the default deployment. Zero retention is an opt-in for Scale and Enterprise, while on-premise deployment is reserved for Enterprise. The Free plan covers 500 pages and includes pre-trained models for invoices, receipts, utility bills, tickets, and payslips. Starter costs $500 a month, billed annually, for up to 5,000 pages per month. Scale and Enterprise have custom pricing.
