GuardConnect
GuardConnect helps contract guard companies and in-house security teams manage officers, schedules, patrols, incidents, timekeeping, and client reporting. It supports multi-site rosters and geofenced clock-ins, with payroll-ready exports for ADP, Gusto, QuickBooks, Paychex, and other major providers; custom CSV formats are also supported. Incident reports can include photos and use supervisor review workflows. Officers can verify patrols by scanning QR-code or NFC checkpoints. Automated daily activity reports and branded client portals support client reporting. Officers can clock in, scan checkpoints, file incidents, and complete daily activity reports offline; the information syncs when connectivity returns. The service is available on Android, iOS, and the web. Its free plan covers 1 to 10 officers. Pricing depends on active officer count and selected modules, with pricing available on request; back-office users and supervisors are not charged. GuardConnect says onboarding includes data migration, site and post setup, schedule import, and officer onboarding.
