In their own words

CommCare

CommCare is a digital platform for frontline work that supports data collection, service delivery and case management. Its no-code builder lets teams assemble apps using drag-and-drop forms, skip logic, case configuration, multilingual forms, referrals and reporting. Integration options include exports, OData feeds, data-forwarding tools, third-party connectors and REST APIs, including connections to Power BI, Tableau, DHIS2, Salesforce and Azure. The API can read and write cases, forms and users and automate submissions and updates. CommCare is open source: the web platform uses a BSD license and the Android app an Apache 2.0 license. The free testing edition includes one project space and five mobile workers. Standard costs $100 a month billed annually; Pro is $500 a month billed annually; Advanced is $1,000 a month billed annually; Enterprise starts at $4,000 a month.
