In their own words
Como Sense
Como Sense is a data-driven customer engagement and loyalty platform for food and beverage and retail businesses. It connects data from technologies such as POS systems, online ordering, apps, websites and Wi-Fi to provide customer information and business insights. Businesses can configure points shops, digital punch cards, cashback, tier programs, referrals and mobile Wallet, then personalize rewards using member preferences, profiles and purchase history. Rewards can also respond to events such as birthdays, anniversaries, spending thresholds or survey completion. Como offers branded apps with customizable colors, fonts and layouts; businesses can update them from a control panel without code or an App Store submission. Its Comillia AI is described as segmenting members, predicting behavior from activity history and targeting campaigns with offers. Analytics can segment customers by visit recency, frequency and spend, and reporting supports data slicing and scheduled reports. Communication channels include push notifications, in-app messages, email, SMS, feedback and surveys. Como says it offers more than 90 POS integrations and direct ordering through business websites, apps or social pages, with 0% commission. Subscription pricing is not public; prospective customers can request a demo.
