CompanyMood
CompanyMood is a cloud service for measuring and improving employee satisfaction through mood assessments of the working atmosphere and selected topics. Regular feedback is intended to help teams spot workplace challenges and strengths early. Surveys can be created for company, department, or role levels, with real-time online analysis and PDF reporting. Tools for documenting and communicating improvements include actions, statements, event pins, feedback chat, and a suggestion box. The service also offers automated PDF reports and CSV/XLS exports for analysis alongside HR data. Integrations include Slack, Microsoft Teams, Personio, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft 365; an API can connect mood tracking to company intranets and employee platforms. Android and iOS apps provide push reminders, support 14 languages, and allow participation by employees without PC workstations. CompanyMood says its infrastructure operates in the EU under GDPR requirements and that it performs regular penetration tests. Team-level results require at least five people per department. The free Teams plan covers up to 30 people. Business is listed at €3 per person per month, with a €99 monthly minimum.
