It supports salary, merit, bonus, commission, equity, stock, carried interest, executive, deferred, and sales compensation, including multiple currencies. Teams can set compensation structures, calculations, budgets, planning and approval workflows, compensation bands, and pay equity views. Business users can configure data elements, displays, calculations, and workflow rules without code. Real-time dashboards and reports cover demographic pay distributions, benchmarking, and performance metrics; Compose AI Insights accepts conversational queries about budgets, salary bands, and scenario modeling. The platform connects with HR, payroll, benefits, and performance systems, while commission tools also connect with HRIS, CRM, and ERP systems. It provides role-based access, audit history, and customizable total rewards statements delivered as secure PDFs.
