In their own words
Condens
Condens is a UX research repository and AI analysis platform for centralizing customer knowledge and producing evidence-backed insights. Teams can search research for patterns and existing answers, while a split view connects raw data to findings and links each insight to source evidence. Condens AI generates answers from research data while leaving users in control of outputs. Recordings are transcribed with timestamps, speaker recognition and support for more than 85 languages. Users can create transcript clips and highlight reels and share them through browser links without audience logins. Condens runs in the cloud on web and through an API, with named connections for Zoom, Google Drive, Typeform, Figma, Miro, Slack and Microsoft Teams. Business includes ChatGPT and Claude connections; Enterprise lists custom and internal LLM connections. Lite starts at €15 a month, with a 15-day trial. Condens states that aspiring researchers and educational researchers can use it free.
Whyser
Whyser is an AI-powered qualitative insights platform for conducting customer interviews and analyzing results. Its voice interviews adapt questions to participant responses and can ask for deeper detail. Depending on plan, studies can include video, screen recordings, visual stimuli, Figma usability tasks, and card sorting. Analysis features include interview summaries, custom reports, and a knowledge vault where users can query findings supported by participant quotes.
Customers can bring their own participants or recruit through Whyser’s partners, which the site says provide access to millions of global B2B and B2C participants. English is the default language, with additional languages supported and more available on request. The Free plan includes 10 interviews of up to 25 minutes, plus summaries, analysis, chat with data, reports, and voice recordings. Plus allows custom interview counts and interviews up to 60 minutes. Business advertises unlimited interviews and length with an asterisk that the page does not explain. Whyser is presented for researchers, product managers, and marketers working on studies such as product validation, pain-point discovery, concept testing, and brand perception. For research requiring empathy, connection, or physical presence, Whyser says a human interviewer may be preferable.
