Whistlelink is a web-based reporting and case-management service for organisational whistleblowing. It accepts written and oral reports, voice messages up to 10 minutes, and anonymous two-way communication between reporters and organisations. Case tools cover assignment, notifications, automated translation, AI-generated summaries, redaction and statistics. Organisations can tailor the reporting site, branding, questionnaire, categories and case process. The product supports more than 50 reporting languages and Single Sign-On through Microsoft accounts. Whistleblowing Solutions AB is ISO 27001 certified; the company says case data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and that servers are hosted in the EU with whistleblower data kept within the European Economic Area. Subscriptions include onboarding resources and regular webinars; custom onboarding packages are available on request. Phone hotline service and intake management are optional add-ons. Annual plans are priced per employee range: €79 a month for 0–49 employees, 99.00 EUR for 50–149, 149.00 EUR for 150–249, 199.00 EUR for 250–499 and 299.00 EUR for 500–999. A 30-day trial is listed; no free plan is offered.
