In their own words
ConnectMachine
ConnectMachine is a digital business card app and personal CRM for people who network for a living. Cards can be shared by QR code, Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass, or a link that works on any phone. Its AI scanner turns paper cards into searchable contacts. The AI Note Taker transcribes and summarizes voice notes and attaches them to the relevant contact. An AI Concierge searches saved cards, notes, and meetings in plain language. Listed integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Notion, Google Contacts, Slack, Zapier, and MCP; the maker says Zapier and MCP connect to more than 5,000 apps. Plans include a free tier, Individual at $5.00 per month billed annually, and Team at $25.00 per month for five seats billed annually. The pricing note says paid plans start at $5.99/user/mo. Apps are available for Android, iOS, and macOS, with API access.
HeyDrop
HeyDrop combines digital business cards, contact scanning, and CRM connections for networking on Android, iOS, and the web. Cards can be shared through Wallet passes, QR codes, links, NFC, AirDrop, email signatures, SMS, or social channels, and recipients do not need an app. The AI Contact Scanner reads business cards, event badges, and QR codes, extracts details, and can enrich fields with public data. Contacts support tags, reminders, and two-way syncing with iOS and Android contacts. HubSpot synchronization is live; CSV or Excel export and Zapier are described, while native Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and Pipedrive connectors are on the roadmap. Team administration includes a web panel, brand controls, bulk CSV import, role-based access, and centralized cards. HeyDrop says it does not show who viewed a card. The Starter plan is free; paid plans include Small Teams at $2.99 a month and Medium Teams at $1.99 a month, with other listed plans and features varying by tier.
