SendFax.to

SendFax.to is a cloud fax service for sending and receiving faxes through email and supported fax numbers. Users can email PDF, PNG, IMG, or DOC attachments to a destination address at sendfax.to and receive an email delivery-status confirmation. Incoming faxes can reach up to two email addresses, and each fax-capable DID can be associated with up to 100 authorized email addresses or domains. Users can scan multiple pages on a mobile device and send from a computer, tablet, or smartphone. Multifunction printers can use scan-to-email for sending and email-to-print for incoming faxes; inbound routing to T.38-compatible PBXs, ATAs, and gateway devices is also supported. The API can send faxes and provide fax information or inbound and outbound callbacks, which must use HTTPS. An optional SendFax.to Device connects up to two physical fax machines. The service is paid from $17.99/mo and has no free plan. The maker’s brochure describes automatic encryption and password protection for sensitive inbound fax delivery and says this ensures HIPAA compatibility.
