In their own words
Console
Console is an AI-native ITSM platform for automating employee service requests, access governance, workflows, and asset management. Employees can contact it through Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, or email, with requests handled inside conversation threads. It can answer questions from connected internal documentation without creating a ticket, and listed workflows include onboarding and offboarding, app access, password and MFA resets, device recovery, hardware requests, group membership, and channel operations. IT teams define policies, approvals, and workflows in natural-language Playbooks. Console lists more than 600 integrations, including Okta, MDM systems, Jira, Google Workspace, and Confluence, and says it can build API connectors from documentation using natural-language instructions. Access requests can use policy-based approvals and time-limited access that is revoked at expiry. Controls include custom RBAC, SSO, SCIM, step-up MFA, scoped automations, and audit logs. Console says every request, approval, and change is recorded, and unsuitable requests can be routed to a person with context. It is a paid web product with pricing on request and a free trial.
