Access requests can use policy-based approvals and time-limited access that is revoked at expiry. Controls include custom RBAC, SSO, SCIM, step-up MFA, scoped automations, and audit logs. Console says every request, approval, and change is recorded, and unsuitable requests can be routed to a person with context. It is a paid web product with pricing on request and a free trial.

Moveworks is an enterprise AI platform combining organisational search with workflow automation across business systems. The AI Assistant personalises responses using business context and each user’s permissions, while AI agents plan and execute tasks across enterprise systems. Employees can access governed AI through chat, web, intranet, portals and mobile, and organisations can extend the assistant through the Conversations API. The platform supports workforces in over 100 languages and is available through Android, iOS, web, an extension and API. Moveworks says data is encrypted in transit and at rest, sensitive personal information is masked, and customer data is not used to train global generative models.
