Continia Expense Management
Continia Expense Management handles employee expense processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, for employees submitting claims and finance teams managing them. Its mobile app uses AI-powered receipt scanning to capture details such as amount, date, and description. Company card transactions can be imported automatically, with reminders for missing receipts. Managers can approve expenses in a Web Approval Portal without opening Business Central, including across different companies. Submitted app expenses sync with Business Central in real time and post to G/L accounts and dimensions. Mileage claims can use Google Maps route calculations, including via points, when the Mileage module is enabled; Per Diem claims require the Per Diem module. The service also stores, indexes, and preserves original expense documents, and Continia says its archiving solution is certified in Germany as audit-proof. Web, Android, and iOS access are listed. Pricing is on request, with a 30-day trial that ends earlier if five Named Expense Users are registered. End users must contact their Microsoft Dynamics partner for support.
