Overview

Rather than stopping at donation collection, Continue to Give combines online giving with donor and church management, event registration, communications, and accounting. Giving can come through text, an app, kiosk, QR code, Facebook, peer-to-peer, or online channels. That variety can accommodate different donor preferences, while the administrative breadth will matter most to organizations prepared to use more than a simple giving page.

The product is aimed at churches, nonprofits, and missionaries, especially organizations raising less than $500,000 annually. It supports one-time and recurring gifts, campaign pages, tax receipts, and a donor portal. The operator is J&R Websperts, LLC, doing business as Continue To Give or Our Church Body.

Key features

Donor and church management

The ChMS includes donor and church management, a customizable dashboard, forms, communication tools, pledge management, events, reporting, small-group sign-up, child check-in, and task management. That is a substantial range for organizations that want contribution administration alongside routine coordination. Advanced ChMS is priced at $0.03 per contact, so the contact count is a direct cost consideration.

Fund accounting and security

Fund accounting covers starting balances, fund and account management, registrar transactions, journal entries, fund transfers, bank imports, matching contributions to bank batch deposits, and accounting reports. This makes the product more relevant to organizations that need to reconcile and report across funds, not only accept gifts. Integrations are included in the product’s integration and pricing information, including accounting or CRM integrations.

Continue to Give says transactions use 256-bit encryption and that it adheres to PCI compliance regulations. The company offers one-on-one demos with solution experts and lists support by phone at 800.684.0550.

Pricing

Continue to Give has a free plan, but the economics depend on the giving route and transaction volume. The company says there is no setup fee, monthly fee, contract, or credit-card requirement to get started, and customers can cancel at any time. A mobile-giving page also notes that a minimum discount fee may apply despite the absence of a monthly fee.

Via Sending Organization: 0.00 USD per free, plus 2.7% + $0.25 per transaction. This is for missionaries whose sending organization uses Continue To Give.
Individually: 0.00 USD per free, plus 3.9% + $0.45 per transaction. This is for individuals without a sending organization using the service.
Gold: 29.00 USD per month, with an approximate 2.5% + $0.25 per transaction and ACH at 0.5% + $0.35 per transaction. It is positioned for churches raising over $5,000 per month.
Silver: custom pricing, with 3.2% + $0.45 per transaction and ACH at 0.5% + $0.35 per transaction. It is positioned for churches raising under $5,000 per month.
Silver Online Giving: custom pricing for U.S. and Canadian clients under $5,000 per month in giving; it includes unlimited projects or purposes and unlimited donors.
Gold Online Giving: custom pricing for U.S. and Canadian clients over $5,000 per month in giving; it also includes unlimited projects or purposes and unlimited donors.
Advanced ChMS: $0.03 per contact for CRM and member management, contribution management, events and tickets, pledge management, and advanced reporting.
Fund Accounting: custom pricing for starting balances, fund and account management, registrar transactions, journal entries, bank integrations, and advanced reporting.

The free individual options avoid a subscription but leave donors’ giving subject to transaction charges; the individual rate is higher than the sending-organization rate. Gold adds a stated monthly charge while using a lower approximate card transaction rate than Silver. The two online-giving plans distinguish organizations by monthly giving volume, while Advanced ChMS scales with contacts. Churches should compare actual transaction volumes and contact counts against these terms before choosing.

Platforms

Continue to Give runs on Android, iOS, and the web. That combination supports app-based giving alongside browser access, though no other platform is listed.

Who it's for

Churches and nonprofits seeking donation collection together with donor administration, events, and fund accounting are the clearest fit. Missionaries may find the sending-organization option particularly relevant if their organization already uses Continue To Give. A group that only needs a basic collection page, or that cannot make the transaction rates work at its giving volume, should compare alternatives before committing.

Pros and cons

Pro: Giving spans text, app, kiosk, QR code, Facebook, peer-to-peer, and online channels, giving donors multiple ways to contribute.
Pro: Donor management and fund accounting extend the service beyond payment collection, including pledges, fund transfers, bank imports, and accounting reports.
Pro: The company says there is no setup fee, contract, or monthly fee required to get started, and customers can cancel at any time.
Con: Transaction charges differ by plan and can materially shape costs; the free individual option charges 3.9% + $0.45 per transaction.
Con: A possible minimum discount fee may apply to mobile giving, complicating the no-monthly-fee proposition.
Con: Several plans use custom pricing, while Advanced ChMS charges per contact, so organizations need to establish their expected volume and contact count to compare costs.

Alternatives

ChurchTrac is worth comparing for churches that prefer a paid plan structure with listed monthly prices by people count; its 75-person plan is 29.00 USD per month and its 125-person plan is 39.00 USD per month. Tithely Giving offers a free giving plan with unlimited donations and transaction fees, or a Giving + Church Management plan at 72.00 USD per month, making it a candidate for churches weighing giving-only against a bundled plan. Planning Center may suit teams looking for a freemium church platform with free components such as Calendar, People, and Services. Subsplash Church App is another option for churches considering giving through a church-app product; its Subsplash Giving plan is $0/mo with card and ACH processing fees.

ChurchPlan is a relevant comparison for churches wanting a free Essentials tier that includes online giving and automated tax receipts, alongside member and event tools. FaithStreet Giving offers annual and monthly subscriptions with no setup fee or monthly minimum, but requires contacting FaithStreet to arrange pricing. Give A Little may fit organizations seeking a free tier capped at $1,000 raised over 12 months, or a Premium plan at 10.00 USD per month. MosesTab Worship Planning is a freemium web-based option for worship planning, rather than a direct substitute for Continue to Give’s donation and fund-accounting scope.

Verdict

Continue to Give is a strong fit for churches, nonprofits, and missionaries that want giving channels, donor management, events, and fund accounting in one service. Its main advantage is that administrative range; its main drawback is pricing complexity, with transaction charges, contact-based ChMS pricing, and custom-priced plans. Choose it when those combined workflows justify the cost structure, and look elsewhere if predictable, readily comparable pricing is the priority.
