Overview

Founded in 2012, iLeasePro is a multi-user cloud service with automatic updates and backups. The company targets private US businesses managing 25 to 500 leases, though a five-contract free plan gives smaller portfolios a way to start. The web-only platform combines lease records, accounting, documents, and reporting rather than focusing on compliance output alone.

Implementation is designed to be quick: SMART import can get users started in under five days, and most implementations take less than a week. That may ease migration for a company with an established portfolio, but the contract cap still makes plan selection an important early decision.

Key features

Accounting and integrations

A FASB Classification Wizard, automated journal entries, amortization schedules, and financial disclosure reports support the accounting workflow. iLeasePro includes ASC 842 compliance reporting and supports both accounting standards, making it a substantial option for companies that need lease accounting alongside administration.

Sage Intacct integration synchronizes general ledger, dimensions, and payables. The homepage also describes connections to QuickBooks and other ERP or general-ledger systems, and says the service can provide ledger-agnostic journal entries. Excel export offers a simpler route for moving data, though it is not a replacement for synchronized workflows.

Portfolio and analysis

A centralized portfolio, document library, contact management, and automated critical-date notifications bring day-to-day lease administration together. Financial analysis, side-by-side comparisons, what-if scenarios, cash-flow reporting, and more than 50 standard reports give finance teams ways to examine portfolio effects beyond basic tracking.

Security and access

iLeasePro states that it is SOC 1 Type 2 certified, undergoes security audits twice a year, and provides role-based access controls and audit trails. Auth0 integration supports single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, social logins, and user authentication and authorization. These controls are relevant for teams managing sensitive lease and financial records across multiple users.

Pricing

The Starter plan is free forever and allows up to five contracts, unlimited users, document upload, critical-date alerts, and basic reporting. It is a useful low-risk fit for a very small portfolio, but the five-contract ceiling makes it a limited long-term choice as lease volume grows.

iLeaseXpress costs 149.00 USD per month for up to 15 leases. It includes ASC 842 compliance, Excel export, email support, no setup fees, and cancellation at any time; a 15-day free trial is offered. This is the clearest entry paid option for a small portfolio, but its 15-lease limit leaves little room for growth beyond the free plan.

The Essential plan costs 240.00 USD per month for up to 50 contracts, while Professional costs 480.00 USD per month for up to 150. These tiers fit progressively larger portfolios, but the price increases are material for organizations whose lease counts sit near a lower tier's cap. Enterprise costs 960.00 USD per month for up to 500 contracts and includes 10 hours of support; portfolios of 500 or more require a custom quote.

The iLeasePro plan has custom pricing based on portfolio size, selected features, and contract term. It includes unlimited leases, document and portfolio management, more than 50 reports, Sage Intacct integration, virtual support, and five free hours of support. It is aimed at organizations whose scale or feature needs exceed the fixed tiers, but buyers should compare the quote against the published Enterprise option. The separate 15-day trial requires no credit card and grants access to the selected plan's features.

Platforms

iLeasePro runs on the web. The cloud-based service supports multiple users and includes automatic updates and backups.

Who it's for

iLeasePro is best suited to private US companies that need lease accounting, administration, and reporting in one service, especially teams with 25 to 500 leases and a Sage Intacct workflow. The Starter or iLeaseXpress plan can suit smaller portfolios, but companies with only a handful of contracts may not need the broader paid accounting and analysis toolkit. Organizations with more than 500 leases should expect custom pricing.

Pros and cons

Strong accounting coverage: classification, journal entries, amortization, disclosure reports, and ASC 842 reporting sit alongside portfolio administration.
Useful analysis depth: more than 50 standard reports, cash-flow reporting, and what-if comparisons support portfolio-level decisions.
Practical Sage Intacct connection: synchronization covers general ledger, dimensions, and payables, with Excel export as another option.
Restrictive free and entry tiers: Starter is capped at five contracts and iLeaseXpress at 15 leases, so growing portfolios must move to a higher monthly price quickly.
Custom quote at the top end: portfolios beyond 500 contracts do not have a fixed published price.

Verdict

Choose iLeasePro if your company needs lease accounting and administration together, values detailed reporting, and can match its contract tiers to the portfolio. Its accounting workflow and Sage Intacct synchronization are the strongest reasons to shortlist it. Look elsewhere if you need a generous free tier or predictable pricing above 500 contracts.
