Estibill
Estibill provides estimating and invoicing software for contractors and small service businesses, including remodelers, plumbers, painters, handymen, and flooring specialists. Estimates can be arranged into sections, items, groups, and materials, with labor and materials calculated separately. Users can apply discounts and account for material returns or credits, collect deposits, and tie progress payments to job sections; the final payment recalculates automatically. Approved estimates can become editable invoices, where payments can be recorded and receipts printed. Businesses can send estimates by text through a secure link that opens in a browser without an account or app. Estimate and invoice PDFs include company branding, while shared estimate pages omit internal costs and margins. The Early Access plan costs nothing and includes unlimited estimates and invoices, libraries for items, groups, and materials, payment schedules, customer links and PDF documents, and web and Android access. Web, Android, and iOS are listed platforms; the Android app is a direct download installed outside Google Play.
