In their own words
Contrakted
Contrakted is a web platform for companies onboarding contractors and managing contracts, paperwork and payments. Guided onboarding collects contractor ID, tax forms and banking details. Teams can create agreements from locally tailored templates, obtain e-signatures and track amendments with redlines and version history. A searchable document vault stores agreements, ID verification, invoices and correspondence; existing contracts and supporting documents can be imported in bulk. Contractors receive a private, branded portal for contracts, files, invoices, payment status, messages and profile details. Teams can approve invoices against contract terms and pay in local currency. Contrakted says its localized agreements and compliance checks support contractors in 150+ countries. The maker lists SOC 2 Type II, GDPR-aligned data handling, encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access and regional data residency options. The Starter plan costs $9 a month, billed monthly per contractor, and includes a 10GB document vault. Growth costs $18 a month, billed monthly per contractor. Each plan has a 14-day free trial with full feature access and no credit card required.
