Overview

A visual flow builder gives teams conditional branches, loops, decision trees, API calls and human handoff without programming. Agents can draw on information from URLs, uploaded documents or directly entered content, which helps teams shape responses around existing material. Connections include calendars, CRMs, Shopify, Make, n8n and more than 40 tools, with custom connections through REST.

Real-time dashboards track conversations, response times and satisfaction. That combination of workflow control, knowledge sources and integrations can support varied client needs, though each account still has to work within its plan's monthly credit allowance.

Key features

Channels and handoff: Deployments can use web chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, SMS and realtime voice. Access depends on tier: Starter includes a web widget and Telegram, Pro adds several messaging channels along with live handoff and ticketing, and voice and phone unlock at Business. The channel range is useful for businesses serving customers in several places, but lower plans do not provide the whole set.
Integrations and API: Connections to calendars, CRMs, Shopify, Make, n8n and 40+ tools make it more practical to connect agents to business workflows; custom REST connections add flexibility. Full API access is a Business feature, so teams that need it should account for that plan threshold.
Voice: Supported realtime models include Gemini Live, Grok AI Live, Ultravox and ElevenLabs. SIP trunking lets customers use their own numbers and carrier. Voice AI stack costs are $0.05–0.10 per minute, with Twilio phone-line fees billed separately; plan limits also apply to Twilio numbers and concurrent call lines. Voice therefore suits teams prepared to budget for both the Business-or-higher subscription and usage costs.
Agency operation: White Label offers a custom domain and branding, agency tools and 20 client sub-accounts; White Label Elite adds SaaS mode, client self-signup, unlimited seats and clients, and a rebrandable full API. The agency offer's unlimited agents and clients are attractive for resellers, while the specific seat and sub-account terms still matter when choosing between tiers.
Privacy and support: ConvoCore states that it is GDPR compliant, provides Frankfurt EU and US data regions, and isolates data per client. The agency offer includes priority support; the company also provides an email contact and Discord community.

Pricing

The Free plan costs 0.00 USD per free, billed forever. It includes 500 monthly credits (about 182 estimated messages), Tier 4 models, a web widget and a one-time 500-credit trial. This is enough to explore a small web-chat use case, but its credit cap and model tier limit its role for sustained or demanding deployment.

Starter costs 29.00 USD per month, billed monthly, for 5,000 monthly credits (about 1.8k estimated messages), Tier 3+ models, a web widget and Telegram. It is the entry paid option for modest chat deployments, but it does not include the wider messaging selection found at Pro or voice access.

Pro costs 59.00 USD per month, billed monthly, and raises the allowance to 15,000 monthly credits (about 5.5k estimated messages) with Tier 2+ models. It adds web widget, Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Discord and email, plus live handoff, ticketing and lead capture. This is the more suitable tier for teams that need multi-channel messaging and human escalation rather than voice.

Business costs 99.00 USD per month, billed monthly. Its 25,000 monthly credits (about 9.1k estimated messages), Tier 1 models, voice and campaigns, full API and unbranded widget make it the first listed plan for voice deployment and deeper integration. Phone-line charges remain separate.

White Label costs 199.00 USD per month, billed monthly, with 60,000 monthly credits (about 22k estimated messages), Tier 1 models, 20 client sub-accounts, agency tools and an unbranded widget. It is aimed at agencies that need branded client delivery. White Label Elite costs 349.00 USD per month, billed monthly, and doubles the allowance to 120,000 credits (about 44k estimated messages); it adds SaaS mode, client self-signup, unlimited seats and clients, and a rebrandable full API. That step up is most relevant to agencies productizing their service and needing client onboarding at scale.

Chat usage is estimated at 100–300 messages per dollar depending on model and length, so estimated message counts are not a fixed outcome for every workflow. The monthly credit caps are the practical constraint to monitor as volume rises; voice adds a separate per-minute stack cost as well as Twilio line fees.

Platforms

ConvoCore is available through the web and API. The API platform label does not mean every plan has full API access: that capability is included with Business and above.

Who it's for

ConvoCore is strongest for agencies and businesses that want to build agents visually, connect them to business systems and deploy across chat channels. Its agency tiers make it a credible fit for resellers handling multiple clients. Healthcare, dental practices, scheduling and real estate are among its example use cases. It is less suitable for a team seeking voice on an entry plan or one that cannot accommodate usage credits and separate telephony costs.

Pros and cons

Pros: Visual branching, loops, decision trees and human handoff enable more controlled interactions without programming.
Pros: Multiple knowledge inputs, broad integrations and custom REST connections can tie agents to varied client content and workflows.
Pros: White-label tools and an Elite tier with unlimited seats and clients support agencies expanding a branded service.
Cons: Monthly credits cap usage, and estimated message counts vary with model and response length.
Cons: Voice is gated to Business and above, with $0.05–0.10 per-minute stack costs and separate Twilio phone-line fees.
Cons: Starter lacks the broader channel range, while full API access begins at Business.

Alternatives

For a broader customer-messaging platform with a free plan, consider Crisp; its Free plan includes two seats, 100 customer profiles and unlimited conversations, but no AI credits. Choose Clickatell SMS API when pay-as-you-go outgoing SMS via API is the priority; message prices vary by destination and type. Jack The Butler is a free, open-source option with no per-message or per-room fees, though hosting and AI API usage may cost extra. Sinch Engage is an SMS-focused option with plans offering 3,000 or 10,000 SMS per month and different user and workflow allowances.

For a small chatbot with a stated free monthly message cap, Evoriqa SMS AI Chatbot starts with one chatbot, 50 messages per month, one knowledge source and one user. Bryka has a free plan with one chatbot and 50 messages per month. Smstools offers U.S. SMS messaging at 0.03 EUR per once, billed per message, with no subscription and volume discounts. For a cloud-based contact centre with real-time chat through multiple channels and an AI chatbot, consider TextGlobal SMS Chatbot.

Verdict

ConvoCore is a strong fit for agencies and businesses that want to build and resell configurable agents across chat channels, with agency branding and client tools to support delivery. Its workflow builder and integration breadth are the clearest reasons to choose it. Look elsewhere if voice must be available on a low-cost plan or if credit caps and separate telephony charges do not suit your budget.
