In their own words
Convoke
Convoke gives camps, retreats, and conferences tools to manage event websites, registration, payments, health information, check-in, and reporting. Organizers build front and event pages with drag-and-drop blocks, preview changes live, and add custom pages. Registration can collect attendee details, emergency contacts, medical history, digital waivers, and conditional questions. Payments run through Stripe and can be collected in full or through deposits and installments, with promo codes and sibling discounts. Its health center tracks allergies, conditions, medications, schedules, incidents, and notes. Tablet-friendly check-in includes attendee search, allergy flags, authorized-adult pickup, and arrival and departure history. Reports can be filtered, sorted, saved, and exported to CSV, including reports on custom questions. A single account can manage multiple organizations and overlapping events, each with distinct pages, staff, forms, and rosters. Parents need an account to manage registrations and balances, pay online, and register for later events without re-entering information. Full medical profiles are limited to nurses and admins, with access audit-logged; check-in staff see allergy flags only. The free plan covers up to 50 registered attendees. Paid plans cost $3 or $5 per registered attendee, plus Stripe processing fees.
FellowshipOne
FellowshipOne provides church management software that brings together member information, communications, security, events, tasks, finances and reporting. It supports member self-service and online environments for church groups. Event tools cover registration, reservations, workflows and real-time check-in for events, classes and child care. Related products extend the offering into church finances, donations, mobile access, worship planning and websites. FellowshipOne Financials includes ledger, payroll, receivables, payables and reporting, as well as fund accounting and stated GAAP and FASB117 support. FellowshipOne Giving accepts donations through website forms, mobile apps, text messages and kiosks, and supports recurring giving and custom reports. The product set includes a church leader app and MinistryOne for members; the company says MinistryOne is included with all church management plans. WorshipPlanning supports volunteer scheduling, worship flow editing, presentations, song organization and permission-controlled file storage. Pricing is available by contacting a consultant for a tailored solution. The company describes its church management software as serving churches from small church plants to very large multi-campus organizations.
