In their own words
Cord
Cord is a platform for creating quotes, managing collections, issuing invoices, and taking payments in one workflow. Clients can review, approve, reject, negotiate, or pay through a public link without creating an account. The editor supports negotiated line-item prices, volume discounts, Cash, Net 30, and Net 60 terms, with live tax recalculation. Cord also lists AI quote generation, e-signatures, activity tracking, recurring invoices, cash-flow forecasting, and multi-currency quoting. Clients can pay by card, or by SPEI transfer in Mexico, from quotes or invoices. In Mexico, businesses on Starter or higher can stamp CFDI 4.0 invoices with a Digital Seal Certificate; elsewhere Cord issues commercial invoices with sequential numbering and PDF documentation rather than local tax-authority stamps. Integrations include HubSpot, Mercado Pago, Slack, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp Business, Zapier, Make, and n8n, alongside an API and webhooks. The Free plan limits quote sends, active quotes, products, clients, AI generations, and monthly commercial invoices, and retains Cord branding. Paid plans start at 240 MXN a month billed yearly; displayed prices include tax.
