In their own words

Cordango Purchase Requests

Cordango Purchase Requests is a purchasing form that routes approvals according to the amount requested. A request can include line items, supplier quotes, and the budget line intended to fund it. Smaller requests can stop at a manager, while larger ones can go to finance and management; users cannot approve their own requests. The app records the approval decision trail and actual purchase cost alongside the estimate. It is built on Budget & Spend Tracker, which installs with it and records approved commitments against budget lines. Optional companion apps include Asset Register, which receives purchased hardware, and Vendor & SaaS Management, which can start a draft request when a vendor is approved. The official app is version 0.4.0 and includes sample data. Cordango says its platform has single sign-on, roles, permissions, and a shared audit trail, and is hosted in Germany on EU infrastructure. Its published GDPR data processing agreement is a draft, not yet contractually binding. Cordango lists a free Solo plan for one person; Company plans require at least five people.

ProcureSprint PR to PO

ProcureSprint PR to PO manages purchasing requests through purchase-order creation, ERP synchronization, supplier acknowledgement, and shipment updates. Teams can capture requirements, requester inputs, categories, quantities, and buying context in a structured workflow. Approvers can review requests or PO awards using value, policy, category, and business rules, and the process includes advice on linking requests to existing contracts. Approved requests can become purchase orders with policy checks and ownership visibility. The product connects with SAP and other ERPs to sync procurement records and status updates; Mindsprint describes its approach as ERP-agnostic and API-first, with SAP and Oracle among the example systems. Supplier execution tracking covers PO acknowledgements, advance shipment notices, shipment readiness, and other execution signals. It is positioned for complex, multi-entity food and agriculture businesses and manufacturing, serving requesters, procurement buyers, finance and control teams, operations and supply teams, and suppliers. Mindsprint says implementation and change-management support are included and most enterprises go live in about 2–3 months. Pricing is on request, and the product pages invite prospective buyers to book a demo without stating a price or trial offer.
