In their own words
Sankofa Analytics
Sankofa Analytics tracks product events and provides funnels, flows, cohorts, retention analysis, session replay, and heatmaps. Events reach the dashboard within seconds, with stated p95 freshness below 30 seconds, and a funnel drop-off can open its related session replay. Retention curves can be compared by cohort, version, or custom segment. The engine uses ClickHouse-backed event streams and a self-hostable ClickHouse foundation. SDKs are listed for Web, Flutter, React Native, iOS, Android, Java, Go, Node, Python, and CLI. A REST API supports ingestion, decisions, exposures, management, server-to-server flows, and custom pipelines. Plans start with Free at free and paid tiers from $9 a month, priced primarily by event volume. Free includes 50k events and 250 replays monthly, 14-day event retention, one project, three seats, live environment only, three funnels, and one retention cohort. Sankofa states that it uses TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256-GCM at rest; GDPR is listed as operational.
