CPro360
CPro360 is project management software for residential builders and general contractors, with tools for schedules, budgets, subcontractor portals, RFIs, change orders, and accounting. Its schedule monitors a 14-day forecast for each project location; teams can move weather-sensitive tasks and alert subcontractors by SMS or email. Budget views compare actuals with line items and track draw schedules, change orders, and cost to complete. Estimating can start from templates or uploaded plans with AI, followed by bid packages, bid comparisons, and awards to subcontract or purchase orders. Templates cover schedules, residential cost codes, and quality and inspection checklists. QuickBooks Online and Desktop sync in both directions; Xero, Sage, and Buildertrend support CSV import and export. Native iOS and Android apps for GC and subcontractor portals work offline and sync updates when connectivity returns. The web and mobile apps offer English and Mexican Spanish. CPro360 is paid, has no free plan, and offers a 30-day trial.
