CraftNote

CraftNote records audio and video meetings, then transcribes and summarizes them without requiring bots in the room. Its AI tools include meeting notes, transcripts, chat with notes, and daily digests. The Free plan allows two hours of recording and ten uploads and imports per week, lists support for 100+ languages, and includes Google and Outlook calendar sync. The Individual plan includes more than 30 summary templates, unlimited meeting notes and transcripts, recordings up to four hours, advanced models, and bot-free recording. Listed meeting capture options include Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, and Slack Huddles. Other connections include Linear, Notion, Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, and MCP clients. Users can share public links and export to PDF and DOCX. Individual is listed at $8.33 a month, billed $99.99/year; the page also shows $9.99/month. Teams is $12 a month, billed $144/year per user, while its FAQ also states $15/user/month billed monthly. CraftNote says recordings and related content are not used to train models; it is not HIPAA-covered and is not intended for sensitive data.

Podlink

Podlink is podcast analytics and post-production software that works with an existing host and RSS feed. Its free plan provides OP3 download analytics without an episode cap, listener app and country breakdowns, and a podlink.fm page containing listening-app links, recent RSS episodes, and user-added links. The service reads public RSS feeds and connects with OP3, YouTube, and Claude or other MCP-capable assistants. Paid tools include an Episode Content Kit that drafts show notes, titles, descriptions, newsletters, and social posts from transcripts. Users approve those drafts before publication. Pro adds automatic transcription for new episodes, tracked links, episode pages, templates, and multilingual output; transcription credits are metered and episodes are selected by the user. Pro costs $29 a month, with annual billing listed at $232. Studio costs $99 a month, or $990 annually, and adds unlimited shows, client workspaces, branded reports, and viewer seats, but is not self-serve yet. Each account currently supports one connected show. The Claude connector and analytics reads are free on every plan, but connecting requires Claude Pro or higher.
