Create My Proposal
Create My Proposal is a web app for service businesses preparing branded proposals, pricing tables, schedules, scope documents, and client approval links. Users can begin with a reusable template or start from scratch, then share a branded link by email or WhatsApp. Clients can review and approve proposals through a public link without an account, and built-in e-signatures collect approval. Activity tracking shows views, comments, and approvals with timestamps. Pricing tables support quantities, discounts, tax, deposits, and recurring or one-time charges; visual schedules can show milestones and payment triggers. Templates include architecture, consulting, retainer, and tourism proposal types. AI assistance can generate executive summaries, scope, and follow-up emails. Each proposal can use its own currency and be in English, Spanish, or both. The free plan costs nothing and allows 3 proposals per month. Pro is listed at $29 a month for unlimited proposals; Business is listed at $79 a month and includes team members, advanced analytics, saved terms, premium templates, and priority support. The pricing page says Pro and Business are coming soon, with billing details still being finalized.
Expedience Software
Expedience Software automates proposals, statements of work, and RFP responses inside Microsoft Word. A centralized library stores approved content that teams can search while answering RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires. Microsoft Copilot integration supports drafting with that material. Excel Connect imports Excel RFPs into Word, checks answer constraints, and exports responses back to spreadsheets. The workflow supports Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook. Proposal Manager lets teams tag requirements, assign owners, track completion, and support bid/no-bid decisions. Subject matter experts and reviewers can collaborate and co-author without an Expedience license. The company says the software runs behind the customer’s firewall and does not upload proposal content to outside servers. Expedience identifies proposal and capture teams, bid managers, government contractors, professional services firms, and enterprise sales organizations as users. It runs on web and Windows, offers CRM integrations and custom branding, and is priced on request.
