Credibled
Credibled is a background screening platform for employers and organizations, focused on reference checks and other candidate verifications. Candidates submit references, after which Credibled handles outreach and follow-up with reminders every 24 hours for up to 10 days. Employers can create questionnaires using industry, job-title and competency-based questions, including text and rating questions. The service validates professional email addresses and flags when a candidate and referee access Credibled from the same IP address. Completed references can be exported as PDFs and emailed to employers. Its lead-generation feature can collect information about potential job seekers and clients after a referee completes a questionnaire. Credibled lists Bullhorn, JobAdder and Vincere integrations, plus an API with status-change webhooks and separate sandbox and production keys. Production data is hosted in AWS Canada Central and encrypted at rest and in transit. Automated reference checks cost C$9, with no subscription or minimum commitment; eligible non-profits pay C$4.50. A free API sandbox is also listed. Social media screening is unavailable in Québec, and Credibled says it is not currently SOC 2 Type II or ISO 27001 certified.
