Lodging Ledger is a web-based hotel accounting and capital asset management platform delivered as a managed partnership. Its team maps night-audit data from any property-management system and accepts bank activity in the formats institutions provide. The service covers daily revenue posting, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, journal entries, and general-ledger reporting. Dashboards provide eight portfolio lenses and 56 hospitality KPIs across 11 sections, with drill-downs to accounts and transactions. Modules track loans, property tax, insurance, construction costs, and fixed assets, reconciling capital information to the ledger. Standard reports follow USALI-aligned financials and can be customized and exported to Excel or PDF. Department- and driver-based budgets and a 12-month cash projection are included.
