Crescendo
Crescendo brings cloud-hosted files into a branded app for sales and marketing teams that need current content while traveling, at conferences or at trade shows. It uses SharePoint, Google Drive, Salesforce Libraries and Salesforce Lightning, Box and OneDrive as content sources. Teams can sync files automatically or manually, and the mobile apps download content for offline access. Presentation tools include PDF annotation, file sharing, full-text search, reusable visual themes, favorites, bookmarks and list or icon layouts. The standard app can create Salesforce contacts, leads and opportunities and log shared files as activities. Its Analytics Portal tracks more than 50 event types and provides dashboards, reports and queries about content use. The AI Assistant can search selected documents, find and summarize information, and generate offers from company sources. Crescendo can also host embedded web apps such as pricing calculators, contract generators and surveys. It runs on Android, iOS and the web. Standard costs $15 a month, billed annually, with a 10-license minimum and no setup fees. A free trial is available.
Showell
Showell is a sales enablement platform for companies that sell through field teams and dealer networks. Its workspace brings presentations, PDFs, videos, images, web links and AR/3D materials together for sales use. Windows, iOS and Android apps support offline browsing and presenting; the web app needs an internet connection. Teams can share buyer materials through Digital Sales Rooms and track engagement down to individual pages or slides. Sales playbooks, readiness assessments, content guidance and engagement analytics are listed capabilities. A learning management system with courses, lessons, tests and quizzes is available as an add-on. Integrations include Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Outlook, Google Workspace, HubSpot and Pipedrive, while its API can connect CRM, ERP, DAM and other systems. Showell says its information security management system is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified and that it complies with GDPR and CCPA. Its EU-hosted AWS data is encrypted at rest and in transit. The Professional Plan costs €700 a month per workspace and covers 10–200 users. All plans have a 12-month minimum commitment and automatic renewal.
