Crisp is an AI customer support platform that brings inbound conversations from multiple channels into one collaborative inbox. Its chat widget works on websites and web apps, as well as native iOS, Android and React apps. Teams can create and manage help-center articles, train AI using website content, PDFs, knowledge-base articles, conversations and private snippets, and build no-code workflows for internal automation or customer-facing agents. Crisp is intended for customer support, inbound sales and marketing teams. Its integrations directory includes CRM, CMS, marketing, messaging and teamwork tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify, Slack, WhatsApp and Jira. A REST API provides access to and control over data such as conversations and contacts. The free plan includes two seats, no AI credits, 100 customer profiles and unlimited conversations. Paid plans start with Mini at $45 a month per workspace. New accounts receive a 14-day trial with all features and no card required. Crisp was created in 2015 and is headquartered in Nantes, France.
