Criteria Real-Time Video Interviewing is a web platform for live candidate interviews, combining two-way video, guided questions, scoring, recording and AI-assisted post-call review. Evaluators can use predefined questions, real-time prompts and role-specific rubrics, then rate answers, add comments and supplementary ratings, and record an overall recommendation. After a call, the service can provide a transcript, summary, categorized key moments and plain-English interview questions and answers linked to recording timestamps. Batch transcripts with speaker labels are available in English, Spanish, French, German, Japanese and Chinese. Candidates and evaluators join in a browser without downloads or account creation; multiple evaluators use separate passwordless links and scoring forms. Candidates must explicitly consent to recording and AI processing, and those AI features remain off without consent. Criteria says it supports standard ATS integrations plus API and custom connections to ATS or HRIS systems. Pricing is on request.

Its screening tools include resume screening, candidate matching, response relevancy scoring, and human review. The 14-day trial permits up to five AI interview assessments. One credit covers an asynchronous interview and its assessment report; a conversational AI interview uses two credits, and unused credits roll over monthly. Essential Edition costs $199 a month and includes 50 interview credits per month, three job posts, 20-minute interviews, and 15 user licenses. Professional Edition costs $399 a month. The platform supports live interviews, recording, and templates, and is available on mobile without downloading an app. ATS integrations are available on annual Professional with a one-time customization fee and on Enterprise. Enterprise includes API access and custom connectors. Fraud checks flag signals for human review without changing candidate scores. The company says AI assessments support decisions, and authorized employer personnel must review candidates rather than rejecting them solely on AI scores.
